Junior Private Client Solicitor – Dundee, St Andrews or Fife   

The ideal candidate will be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE and should ideally have experience in wills, trusts, executries and general private client advice. You will advise individuals and families across a range of private client areas.  This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career.  (Assignment 12987)

Private Client Solicitor – Edinburgh             

The workload will be varied and include all aspects of private client work. The firm is open to hearing from candidates at the 2 years’ PQE level and upwards with private client experience and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on wills and powers of attorney
  • Succession, asset protection and tax planning advice
  • Drafting and ongoing managements of trusts
  • Executries and power of attorney administration (Assignment 13458)

Private Client Solicitor – Glasgow            

These roles will suit an experienced private client solicitor looking to advance their career in a small but innovative firm. Knowledge of executries, power of attorney and wills is essential and the ability to use case management systems.  Our client invites applications from candidates with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE who have had exposure to dealing with trust and executory work; and up to 10 years’ PQE, associate role, with excellent knowledge and experience in all areas of private client law.  (Assignment 13556)

Property/Private Client Solicitor – Scottish Border          

The successful candidate will have experience in residential and commercial conveyancing as well as some executry and/or family law and be willing to relocate to take up this position. This role would suit someone keen to advance but who is looking for an excellent work-life balance. Given this is small rural firm our client is also very open if someone wishes to focus on one of the practice areas and develop into a specialist.  Candidates who are NQ or above are welcome to apply.  (Assignment 13630)

Private Client Senior Associate/Partner – flexible location

Due to strategic expansion of its Private Client Team this firm is currently recruiting senior solicitors.  The role covers all aspects of private client work including the following will drafting, estate administration and estate planning, as well as matters related to Tax.

The firm is seeing this area of business as a key growth area and candidates can be based across any of their Scottish offices.  It is keen to hear from candidates at the senior associate, legal director and partner level.
