Our client, a leading offshore law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Private Client and Trusts Team in Jersey. The role focuses on complex international trust and private wealth disputes, acting for financial institutions, private clients, and high-net-worth individuals, with opportunities to contribute to a growing practice.

The successful candidate will assist in managing litigation matters from instruction to hearing, including legal research, drafting, and advising on case strategy. The role requires delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting billing targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the growth of the firm’s Private Client and Trusts Team, delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
  • Advising and representing clients on international private wealth and trusts disputes, supporting complex litigation from instruction to hearing.
  • Conducting legal research and identify key legal and factual issues.
  • Drafting complex documents, including advice, correspondence, evidence, and pleadings, with accuracy and clarity.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

The team is keen to speak with candidates with a minimum of 1-year PQE with knowledge and experience of private client and/or commercial litigation.
