We have been instructed on a role with our client, a leading Scottish-headquartered UK law firm. This dynamic team is currently recruiting a qualified solicitor to join its busy planning and environmental team based in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will advise on projects in the energy sector, environmental consenting, and other development matters. You will also carry out research, drafting and negotiating legal agreements, compulsory purchase orders and Development Consent Orders, supporting inquiries, DCO hearings, and judicial reviews.   The team is seeking candidates between NQ-4 level PQE, ideally with previous experience in planning, consenting and environmental law while experience of working in the energy sector would be an advantage. Previous experience of property litigation is also desirable.
