Civil Assistant – Glasgow (Assignment 17745)

  • Manage complex civil and personal injury caseloads including inquiries, clinical negligence, and fatal accident cases.
  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong Court of Session experience and motivation to work on cases influencing law and policy.
  • Supportive, hybrid team environment with competitive salary and flexible hours (including potential four-day week).

Personal Injury – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17838)

  • Defend a variety of personal injury claims (motor, EL, PL, disease) for insurer clients within a Tier 1-ranked team.
  • NQ–5 years’ PQE; experience in court work preferred; strong client care, attention to detail, and initiative essential.
  • Progressive, collaborative firm offering competitive salary and benefits package.

Catastrophic Injury & Large Loss – Edinburgh (Assignment 17470)

  • Handle complex, high-value personal injury and large loss cases for insurers, corporates, and public sector clients.
  • NQ–2 years’ PQE; experience in catastrophic injury litigation preferred; manage own files and assist senior lawyers.

Casualty – Glasgow (Assignment 17615)

  • Manage litigated defender cases for insurers and corporates, primarily employer and public liability claims.
  • 5–10 years’ PQE; strong experience in personal injury defence, advocacy, and case management essential.
  • Full-time, hybrid role with competitive benefits including private medical, income protection, and wellbeing support.

Experienced Personal Injury Litigator/Advocate – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16819)

  • Senior advocacy-focused role handling all litigation stages, from opinion to proof, within a leading PI firm.
  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE; strong oral/written advocacy and experience across personal injury law required.
  • Full-time position with flexible hybrid working (minimum two days in-office) and strong work-life balance ethos.

Personal Injury – Edinburgh (Assignment 15879)

  • Manage varied PI cases (EL, RTA, PL) from evidence gathering through to settlement and damages recovery.
  • 2–4 years’ PQE with litigation experience; knowledge of Court of Session/Sheriff Court and credit hire advantageous.
