Senior Associate, Professional Indemnity – Glasgow (Assignment 17565)

• Act for major insurers on complex, high-value professional indemnity claims involving solicitors, accountants, IFAs, surveyors, and construction professionals.
• Manage cases from policy response to resolution, including coverage advice, litigation, negotiation, mediation, and client relationship management.
• Requires 5+ years’ PQE with strong PI or senior litigation background; offers career progression, professional development, and mentoring opportunities.

Solicitor, Disputes/Commercial Disputes & Claims – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 16713)

• Handle a varied caseload of liability claims, from straightforward disputes to complex property damage and personal injury cases.
• Provide advocacy in Court of Session and Sheriff Courts, supporting senior colleagues while building expertise across liability defence areas.
• 2–5 years’ PQE in disputes/liability defence required; collaborative team with strong professional growth opportunities.

Personal Injury – Glasgow (Assignment 15668)

• Manage own caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims, including employer liability, public liability, RTA, and medical negligence.
• Role requires court appearances across Scotland and ideally supervising junior team members.
• Minimum 4 years’ PQE in personal injury; offers strong career prospects and flexible working.

Experienced Personal Injury Litigator/Advocate – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16819)

• Advocacy-focused role handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, from initial opinion to proof appearance, without case-holding responsibilities.
• Requires Solicitor Advocate (or 5+ years’ PQE litigator) with excellent oral/written advocacy, consultation, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Full-time role with work-life balance supported; minimum two days per week in office.

Personal Injury – Edinburgh (Assignment 15879)

• Handle a broad range of personal injury cases including EL, RTA, and PL claims with responsibility for thorough case preparation and evidence gathering.
• Deliver client care per SLAs, maximising recovery of damages (hire, repairs, recovery, storage).
• 2–4 years’ PQE with court litigation experience; knowledge of Court of Session/Sheriff Court and credit hire advantageous.

Solicitor, Non-Accidental Injury Team – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17561)

• Join specialist team focused on sensitive non-accidental injury cases, providing expert legal advice and compassionate client support.
• Handle litigation-driven caseload, requiring strong attention to detail, initiative, empathy, and collaboration.
• 1–4 years’ PQE in PI, civil, or commercial litigation; permanent role available in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
