A well-established solicitors’ practice based in Edinburgh is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. The firm is known for its personal, high-quality client service and supportive working culture, offering a strong platform for long-term career development.

The successful candidate will be trusted to manage their own workload while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
  • Handling purchases and sales transactions
  • Acting on re-mortgages and transfers of title
  • Dealing with new build property matters
  • Providing day-to-day residential property advice to clients

Applications are welcomed from candidates with residential conveyancing experience, ranging from newly qualified to those with up to 6 years’ PQE.
