Our client, a well-established Law Firm is seeking a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its Edinburgh office. You will be part of an experienced team handling a wide range of civil disputes, working closely with Partners to support the continued growth of the practice.

The role offers a varied caseload, including Civil Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters, as well as some alternative dispute resolution work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a civil litigation caseload across Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
  • Draft legal documents and deliver clear, practical advice to clients
  • Prepare cases for advocacy and represent clients where appropriate
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including trainees and paralegals
  • Support business development and team growth

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with civil litigation experience, preferably in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. The firm offers a positive and supportive culture, with a strong focus on career development.
