This market leading firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its IP, Data and Contracts team. The ideal candidate should be at the 1 – 5 years’ PQE level and should have gained experience working as part of an IP/IT team.

You will be involved in providing the full range of commercial contract, data protection, e-commerce and IP advice to an entrepreneurial client base. The role will bring an interesting, varied and challenging workload, and will involve drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts, in particular non-contentious and contentious IP/IT disputes.
