Corporate Energy Lawyer – Aberdeen (Assignment 16238)

Our client, a global law firm, currently has a need for an additional Lawyer to join highly regarded Energy Team in Aberdeen.

The team is the largest UK based team dedicated to the energy sector and is responsible for providing advice to clients in a variety of areas including onshore and offshore energy projects, supply chain projects, commercial contracts advice, M&A (share and asset transactions) and regulatory advice.

The team is open to level of candidate from NQ level upwards with, ideally with energy and/or oil & gas experience, however this is not essential. Applications from candidates with corporate and commercial experience who have a keen interest in the energy sector are also welcome, as the team handles a significant amount of work in these areas. This position is full time and a great opportunity to join a fast-growing and friendly environment.

Senior Corporate Lawyer – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 15555)

This highly regarded law firm is currently seeking an experienced lawyer to join its busy Corporate and Commercial team at Partnership level in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The team have a diverse set of skills and experience and their expertise lie within the following areas of law: banking & finance, corporate finance, charities, IP/IT and data protection.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and friendly firm and would be suited to senior lawyers with at least 10 years PQE who come from a strong corporate background.

Senior Corporate Lawyer – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 15726)

This full-service law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing team in either of its Edinburgh or Glasgow offices on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of corporate law including M&A and equity investment transactions. You will also be advising on general corporate finance related work. The team is keen to hear from candidates who have experience of corporate transactions, and experience in training or supervising junior team members would be beneficial. To be considered for this position you should have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.

Corporate/Commercial Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 16144)

Our client, a leading Scottish Law Firm in Edinburgh, is currently seeking a senior Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate Team. This is a varied and interesting role, and the successful candidate will act for a wide range of clients, from large companies to SMEs. Key areas of responsibility will include corporate and commercial matters, such as investments, M&A and restructuring, commercial contracts and date protection.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, ideally gained within a similar role at a well-established firm or in-house environment. This role offers the opportunity for career growth, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.

Junior Corporate Lawyer – Jersey (Assignment 15797)

We have been instructed on this new corporate role with an offshore law firm based in the Channel Islands. The firm is currently recruiting a newly qualified lawyer to join its award-winning Corporate Team in Jersey on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of corporate law. The team is keen to hear from candidates who have completed seats in corporate, banking, funds, or finance during their traineeship, within a reputable law firm. While the completion of these seats would be beneficial, it is not essential. A strong academic background is crucial to the role.

This role presents the opportunity for junior-level lawyers to gain valuable experience within a highly regarded team. The firm also provides flexibility to employees through a hybrid working policy. We would be delighted to chat in more detail about living and working in the Channel Islands.

Junior Corporate – Glasgow (Assignment 16305)

Our client, a reputable Scottish firm, is seeking corporate support for its team in Glasgow. This role offers a diverse workload, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and shareholder and investment agreements. The firm is particularly interested in candidates at the NQ-2 years’ PQE level, with experience in drafting corporate transactions.

Day-to-day responsibilities will involve advising on matters such as drafting legal documents, handling transactions, reviewing corporate contracts, managing disposals, and preparing LLP agreements. Additionally, you will provide advice on corporate governance policies. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a client-focused firm.
