Corporate Finance Associate – Glasgow/Edinburgh                                   

This national firm is recruiting an experienced solicitor to join its corporate finance team. This is a highly recognised team whose clients include leading domestic and international companies, fund managers and investment banks.  The role will involve transactions across various sectors including energy, food and drink, and technology.

Interested candidates should have at least 4 years’ PQE preferably with direct corporate finance transactional experience.  This is a full-time position and can be based in either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office. (Assignment 14210)

Corporate Solicitor – Edinburgh                                            

This firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its corporate team in Edinburgh.  Relevant corporate experience is required at the 2 – 8 years’ PQE level.  You will be involved with a range of work including dealing with commercial company setup, M&A and restructuring as well as commercial contract and other commercial legal work.  You should have a desire to be involved in business development and marketing strategies.  Part-time and blended working would be considered. Corporate Solicitor – Glasgow or Edinburgh                                

This well-known global firm have a need for an experienced solicitor to join its corporate team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.  This team advises on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-10 year’s PQE and experience in corporate finance, M&A (domestic and cross border) and private equity (beneficial but not essential).  Applicants will ideally have gained experience in a city firm or a large regional practice. (Assignment 12748)

Corporate Solicitor – Jersey                                        

This off-shore firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its busy Corporate Team.  You will provide advise on a range of complex corporate issues and your duties will include:

  • Providing, sound, quality technical advice and guidance to clients
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal Partner input
  • Being a significant point of contact in your area of expertise for a number of clients
  • Demonstrating a thorough comprehension of and be able to generate repeat business from existing clients
  • Supporting and developing more junior members of the team

To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years’ PQE and have a strong corporate background. (Assignment 14160)
