This leading law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Family Law team in Edinburgh. You will work on a wide range of cases including separation, divorce, residence and contact disputes as well as high value and complex Court of Session actions, including international child abduction and appeals. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ pqe and experience in financial provision on divorce and child law, Court of Session experience would also be beneficial.
