Employment Law– Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17966)

  • Advise on a broad range of employment matters including HR advisory work, tribunal litigation, and support on corporate transactions (M&A, outsourcing).
  • Work with high-profile clients across multiple sectors and collaborate on global projects with colleagues across UK and international offices.
  • Suitable for a 3–5 PQE lawyer seeking high-quality work, strong career progression, and a supportive, inclusive team with hybrid working.

Employment Law – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 17965)

  • Provide employment law advice on disputes, restructurings, redundancies, TUPE, employment rights, and related documentation.
  • Represent clients in proceedings, deliver training, and manage client relationships while meeting financial and risk targets.
  • Requires 2+ PQE with strong communication skills; offers hybrid working, competitive salary, and flexible benefits.

Employment, Immigration and Pensions – Edinburgh (Assignment 17943)

  • Handle significant contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal litigation for government and public sector clients.
  • Draft contracts, policies, witness statements, and conduct advocacy from an early stage in the role.
  • Requires 3+ PQE with strong tribunal experience; offers structured training, advocacy development, and a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Senior Associate/Partner, Employment Law – Glasgow (Assignment 17711)

  • Advise employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims, contracts, policies, and HR strategy.
  • Join an award-winning employment team within a full-service Scottish law firm.
  • Requires 4+ PQE with strong technical and commercial skills; offers flexible working, competitive remuneration, and excellent benefits.

Employment and Discrimination – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17921)

  • Handle a varied caseload of employment and discrimination court and tribunal work within a busy department.
  • Suitable for solicitors with 1+ PQE who are proactive, collaborative, and able to manage workloads effectively.
