An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this growing firm in Guernsey. This respected firm is recognised both locally and internationally for its expertise in dispute resolution, commercial law, and real estate across the UK and offshore markets.

The role involves supporting senior lawyers in providing corporate and commercial legal advice, focusing on corporate, banking, funds, regulatory and M&A matters for both international and local clients. You will handle complex legal tasks independently while collaborating with the team, building client relationships, and contributing to business development.

The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified lawyer (or from a similar Commonwealth jurisdiction) with up to 3 years’ PQE in a corporate department. You should have a proactive, hands-on approach, capable of managing your own caseload with supervision, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, drafting, and time management skills. Some knowledge of commercial property law is a plus but not required.
