Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Glasgow / Hybrid / Remote

Practice Area: Clinical Negligence, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury
Level: Assistant, Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Remote, Scotland, Central Belt, Glasgow
Ref: FW8896

We have been instructed on this new litigation role with our client, a Glasgow-based Law Firm offering a range of legal services, including Private Client, Dispute Resolution, and Personal Injury. The firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its Optical Clinical Negligence Team in Glasgow.

The role is interesting and involves offering legal advice to clients who’ve had life-altering medical procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced consultants, engaging with diverse clients, some dealing with mental health issues due to their injuries.

The firm welcomes applications from candidates with at least 1-year PQE, ideally with experience in personal injury and clinical negligence. Individuals with limited clinical negligence experience are encouraged to apply, given they possess strong personal injury experience. Familiarity with the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court is advantageous. Strong communication skills, especially empathy, are key to this role.

This full-time position primarily involves remote work, with optional office hot-desking in Glasgow. This presents a great opportunity to join a modern firm and gain valuable experience in this area. If this position is of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 15866)
