An exciting opportunity to join this long-established law firm specialising in personal injury, currently recruiting a qualified lawyer to join its highly regarded Union Accident Team.

This role includes a diverse range of responsibilities, such as managing EL/PL/OL/CICA claims, handling ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court cases, and conducting liability investigations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and proven expertise in Employer, Occupiers, and Public Liability cases. As part of the team, you will collaborate with highly skilled lawyers who actively campaign for legal reforms benefiting workers, accident victims, and their families.

The full-time position can be based at any of the firm’s offices located across Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Dumfries, and the Borders.
