A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, a successful offshore law firm, which is seeking an experienced associate to join its corporate team in Jersey, focusing on funds work. This role offers the chance to work within a highly respected practice that advises on complex and high-value transactions across the offshore market.

The team is recognised for its expertise in corporate and funds matters, including work for global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity firms, and other major players in the international market. Applicants should have an outstanding academic background and between three and seven years of post-qualification experience in corporate funds or corporate real estate. A strong commercial mindset and the ambition to work on challenging transactions are essential.
