Family Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 17364)

  • Manage a broad range of family law cases, including high-net-worth financial provision and Sheriff Court work.
  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE with strong family law experience; Law Society accreditation preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Based in Edinburgh with flexible working options; Glasgow office available for the right candidate.

Family Law (English qualified) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17327)

  • English-qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to manage own caseload and grow cross-border family law practice.
  • Focus on financial and child-related matters, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to legal training.
  • Flexible working offered in a collaborative, inclusive team covering England and Scotland.

Associate, Family – Glasgow (Assignment 17284)

  • Handle a full private family law caseload including financial provision, child contact/residence, and relocation.
  • 5+ years’ PQE required with strong advocacy skills and Sheriff Court experience preferred.
  • Opportunity for involvement in team strategy, business development, and a leading family law practice.

Family Law – Edinburgh (Assignment 17258)

  • Join a top-ranked team handling complex divorces and sensitive child-related cases.
  • 1–3 years’ PQE with ability to manage own caseload and assist on broader family law matters.
  • Supportive firm offering growth, collaboration, and opportunities in litigation and legal drafting.

Family Law – South Lanarkshire (Assignment 16924)

  • 4+ years’ PQE required to manage separation, divorce, financial provision, and child-related matters.
  • Strong drafting and interpersonal skills essential; ability to handle caseload independently.
  • Hybrid working, team events, and competitive benefits within a dynamic, award-winning firm.

Family Law (Dispute Resolution) – Edinburgh / Glasgow (Assignment 16574)

  • Join a growing dispute resolution team advising on separation, cohabitation, and child law across both cities.
  • 5+ years’ PQE with advocacy skills; manage own caseload and collaborate on complex cases.
  • Full or part-time options with flexible working and business development involvement encouraged.
