Family Law Solicitor – Ayr   

This long-established busy Ayrshire firm is looking to recruit a solicitor with experience in family law. This role will involve all aspects of family law including divorce, separation and child law.  There will also be the opportunity to gain experience in adults with incapacity work and general civil litigation should this be an additional area of interest.  This firm is open to hearing from candidates at the NQ – 5 years’ pqe level.  This is a growing firm and this role offers genuine long term prospects as well as the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team.  (Assignment 13026)

Family Law Solicitor – Central Belt 

We are delighted to be exclusively instructed on this Family Law Solicitor for our client based in the central belt.

The role will suit candidates with experience in all areas of family and child law and wish to pursue their career in this area.

This innovative firm is inviting candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE who have court experience as well as written pleadings to join its expanding team. This firm deals with private fee and not legal aid cases. The role is full time and office based, offering a negotiable salary to the suitable candidate. (Assignment 13664)

Family Law Solicitor – Edinburgh or Glasgow

Exiting opportunity to join this highly regarded Family Law team.  You will advise on all aspects of family law matters which will include:

  • Separation & Divorce
  • Cohabitation
  • Pre and post marriage arrangements and financial settlements
  • Arrangements for the care of children, such as Contact, Parental rights, Access, Custody and Residence, Adoption.

The firm is open to hearing from candidates at the NQ level and upward who are keen to progress your career within this area. More junior candidates wishing to apply must have at least 1 years’ family law experience. (Assignment 14030) 

Family Solicitor – Edinburgh

This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Family Law Team in Edinburgh.  You will be involved in all aspects of family law matters including advising on financial and child related issues, as well as advising cohabiting couples on their rights and obligations.

To be considered for this position you should have between 1-3 years’ PQE and have relevant family law experience, as well as experience of appearing in the sheriff court.

Family Law Solicitor – Inverness

You will be involved in all aspects of family law matters and your duties will include:

  • Providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce.
  • Acting for clients in child related matters including residence and contact disputes and child relocation applications.
  • Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 5 years’ PQE in family law and have a desire to pursue your career in this area.  (Assignment 14074)
