Minimum 3 years’ PQE required to advise on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial provision, cohabitation, child law, and pre-nuptial agreements.
Manage own caseload, appear in court, and deliver sensitive, pragmatic client advice.
Full-time permanent role with hybrid working, generous benefits, and career progression in a supportive firm.
Handle a varied caseload including divorce, separation, child contact/residence, and relocation matters.
Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong advocacy and Sheriff Court experience preferred.
Full-time, permanent position with involvement in business development and strategic team contributions.
Lead and manage own caseload of family law matters while mentoring junior team members.
Requires minimum 6 years’ PQE and strong client care, teamwork, and independence.

Manage all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial provision, and child arrangements.
Requires minimum 4 years’ PQE with strong interpersonal skills and independent caseload management.

Handle complex family law cases including financial provision and Sheriff Court work, with minimal supervision.
Minimum 3 years’ PQE required; accreditation in family law or willingness to pursue it preferred.
Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with flexible working options, including a 4-day week.
Manage a caseload involving divorce, civil partnerships, cohabitation, and child law, with a focus on dispute resolution.
Requires 5+ years’ PQE, advocacy experience or interest, and proactive team collaboration.
Full-time role with flexibility for part-time work and hybrid arrangements available.
