This leading Scottish law firm is recruiting a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of contentious matters within a highly regarded disputes practice, advising a broad spectrum of commercial clients across Scotland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract, property, company, professional negligence, banking and IP matters
  • Managing litigation across the Scottish Courts, tribunals and other dispute resolution forums
  • Assisting with complex and cross-border disputes alongside experienced senior lawyers and partners
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with 1-3 years’ PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation. Experience handling a variety of contentious matters, particularly property disputes, would be advantageous. Candidates should possess strong technical, organisational and communication skills, together with the ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
