Our client, a well-regarded Scottish law firm is seeking a solicitor with around 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its busy property litigation team in Edinburgh. The position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property work, covering commercial, agricultural, and private/estate matters.

The successful candidate will advise clients on issues such as lease disputes, title rectification, boundary issues, and professional negligence claims, while also appearing in forums including the Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Lands Tribunal, and First-tier Tribunal (Housing and Property Chamber). Regular opportunities for advocacy and collaboration with commercial real estate and rural business teams form part of the role.
