An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join a dynamic legal services team based in Glasgow. The role focuses on commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, and intellectual property matters for a single, sophisticated client.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 1 year’s PQE in general commercial contracts, technology/outsourcing, and intellectual property. The successful candidate will benefit from close collaboration with the client’s in-house legal team and a leading technology, media, and telecoms team, offering both deep engagement and a flexible working structure.

The position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements while providing legal advice in a technologically innovative environment. The role offers greater autonomy and ownership than traditional private practice, within a supportive and collaborative team structure.
