This international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Technology & Media team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Scotland. The role can be based in either its Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.

The role involves advising a diverse client base on complex commercial, technology, and telecommunications. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements.
  • Advising on technology, digital regulation and data protection matters.
  • Managing client relationships and lead matters independently.
  • Supporting complex, high-value transactions.
  • Contributing to business development and client initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years’ PQE and be qualified in Scotland, England & Wales, or dual-qualified. They will possess strong experience in commercial contracts, with exposure to technology, telecommunications, digital regulation and/or data protection matters being highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-border matters for international clients and to contribute to market-leading projects.
