Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Glasgow

Practice Area: Property Law, Commercial Contracts, Residential Conveyancing
Level: Assistant, Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Scotland, Central Belt, Glasgow
Ref: FW8863

This Glasgow-based Law Firm is seeking a Lawyer specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join its growing practice. Due to continued expansion, the firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer at the Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director level to work closely with the Partner on a wide range of conveyancing matters. These include collaborating with estate agents, managing property transactions, handling title transfers, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating, conducting property inspections, and overseeing fund transfers.

To be considered, you should have a minimum of two years’ PQE with a strong background in conveyancing, ideally gained in a smaller firm setting. The team is particularly interested in ambitious individuals who are confident in their abilities and eager to progress in this field. A business following would be beneficial; however, it is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive team with a positive workplace culture. The role also offers potential partnership opportunities. If this position interests you, please contact Frasia or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 16012)
