Banking & Finance – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 17853)

  • Senior solicitor (5+ PQE) advising on a broad range of finance transactions including real estate, leveraged and corporate funding.
  • Join a top‑ranked team advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on complex, high‑value deals; contribute to client development and cross‑firm collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor juniors, manage multi‑disciplinary projects, and support innovation in a fast‑evolving finance landscape.

Senior Family Law – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17911)

  • Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, separation, cohabitation and child law within a busy, reputable team.
  • Experienced practitioner with strong litigation skills and familiarity with Sheriff Court procedures; capable of independently managing complex cases.
  • Opportunity to join a supportive firm offering flexibility, leadership scope and involvement in the growth of the family law practice.

Head of Standards – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 18117)

  • Lead the organisation’s professional standards and disciplinary framework, ensuring proportionate, modern regulation aligned with best practice.
  • Oversee disciplinary investigations, manage complex complaints, advise senior leadership and maintain key relationships with external regulators.
  • Manage and develop a specialist team while monitoring regulatory developments to enhance standards and enforcement processes.

Head of Litigation – Flex (Assignment 18133)

  • Lead Employment Tribunal work, managing a varied employer‑focused caseload and delivering high‑quality representation from start to finish.
  • Prepare pleadings, witness evidence and hearing bundles; conduct hearings, judicial mediations and support non‑contentious work for retained clients.
  • Senior role requiring 4+ PQE, strong tribunal experience, commercial awareness and ability to support business development within a flexible working model.

Senior Associate/Partner, Dispute Resolution – Glasgow (Assignment 15650)

  • Senior litigator (6+ PQE) handling a broad caseload including commercial, property and insolvency disputes in a growing team.
  • Drive successful outcomes and contribute to team development within an award‑winning Scottish firm.
  • Full‑time role offering excellent career progression in a dynamic dispute resolution practice.

Private Client Partner – Aberdeen (Assignment 15652)

  • Lead a respected Private Client team, covering wills, executries, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
  • Senior role (6+ PQE) requiring strong technical ability and experience handling complex, sensitive private client matters.
  • Ideal for a proven leader with managerial experience; based in Aberdeen but with Glasgow/Edinburgh considered for the right candidate.
