This international Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance Team in Jersey. The firm advises global corporations, financial institutions, and investment fund managers across multiple jurisdictions.

As part of a dynamic and growing team, the successful candidate will work with high-profile clients and intermediaries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing sound legal advice and responsive service to clients, while supporting colleagues, senior counsel, and partners.
  • Managing client files in line with firm standards and evolving practices.
  • Contributing to the team’s knowledge base through training, presentations, and industry events.
  • Maintaining revenue and profitability by meeting billing and utilisation targets.

This role also supports the expansion of the firm’s practice groups across the Channel Islands.

Applicants should be qualified lawyers with at least 5 years’ PQE, strong academic credentials, and a commercially focused mindset. Excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of relevant legal and market frameworks are essential.
