Banking – Edinburgh / Glasgow (Assignment 17241)

  • Senior Banking Solicitor role advising banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers across leveraged finance, real estate finance, and debt finance.
  • Minimum 6 years’ PQE with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and experience managing client relationships and supporting junior colleagues.
  • Full-time position in a highly regarded team with clear career development prospects.

Banking & Finance – Edinburgh (Assignment 15363)

  • Associate or Senior Associate role in a top-ranked team advising on fund finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and restructuring.
  • Requires 4+ years’ PQE (Scottish, English, or dual-qualified), strong drafting, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile UK and cross-border deals with excellent training, hybrid working, and career progression.

Corporate or Banking Lawyers – Edinburgh (Assignment 15345)

  • Seeking lawyers with 4–5 years’ PQE in corporate or banking law to join a dynamic team handling high-profile transactions.
  • Ideal for candidates relocating or returning to Scotland, offering work on complex, market-leading deals.
  • Emphasis on strong technical skills, commercial mindset, and excellent client relationships.

Banking & Finance – Glasgow (Assignment 17347)

  • Banking & Finance Lawyer role advising on leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, loan portfolios, and central bank work.
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE with experience in banking, corporate, real estate, or projects; strong academics and client focus required.
  • Offers exposure to market-leading transactions, early responsibility, training, and long-term career growth.

Banking – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16576)

  • Recruiting two Banking Lawyers (2–4 years’ PQE and 4–6 years’ PQE) to support a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance and ABL.
  • Involves drafting and negotiating agreements, managing transactions, and liaising with borrowers, lenders, and investors.
  • Full-time roles with collaboration across national and local banking teams in a growing firm.

Real Estate Finance – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17095)

  • Real Estate Finance Solicitor role supporting banking transactions, including document preparation, title work, securities, and post-settlement processes.
  • Open to NQ–5 years’ PQE with experience in real estate or real estate finance, title due diligence, and transaction management.
