Real Estate and Infrastructure Solicitor – Edinburgh/Glasgow

This firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Real Estate and Infrastructure Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the team in all aspects of real estate and infrastructure matters. Your duties will include:

Manage own workload.
Examining title and report to clients.
Negotiating and implementing commercial property purchases and sale contracts.
Negotiating on revising of leases for either tenants or landlords.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years’ PQE and have previous commercial property and conveyancing experience. This firm offer hybrid working.
