We have been instructed on this unique in-house role with our client with our client, a highly regarded organisation specialising in debt and consumer arrears. There is currently a need for a qualified solicitor to join its busy Legal team on a full-time basis in Ayrshire.

The post-holder can expect to be involved in a range of litigation matters including managing cases of complex disputes, mitigate costs and protecting the reputation of the company. You can also expect to work closely with other stakeholders within the business, as well as customers, legal representatives and third parties of all stages of the litigation process, ensuring positive outcomes through negotiation.

The team is keen to hear from those at the NQ-3 level PQE and candidate must have some experience in debt recovery or civil litigation. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to move in-house; the team also supports hybrid working with an expectation of 3 days office presence per week.
