This multinational law firm is currently recruiting for a Client Contracts Lawyer to join its busy Risk Management team based in Glasgow. The role will involve handling a range of commercial contracts, compliance, and commercial risk matters. Tasks will include:

  • Working alongside other teams to help deliver timely and practical advice.
  • Supporting with the management and co-ordination of client audits.
  • Helping to maintain the firm’s own standard terms of business.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at the NQ-3 PQE level, however, other levels will be considered for those who can demonstrate valuable commercial contracts and/or risk and compliance experience. Interested candidates should have excellent knowledge and experience of commercial contracts; previous experience of risk and compliance would be beneficial but is not essential.
