We are excited to announce a new opportunity with a modern Law Firm, which is looking to hire a Property Lawyer for its busy Glasgow practice on a full-time basis. This role will involve a broad range of property work, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  • Commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants
  • Commercial lending for both lenders and borrowers
  • Assisting housebuilders with the acquisition, funding, and disposal of development sites, including plot sales

The firm is open to applications from newly qualified lawyers up to 2 years’ PQE who have completed a seat in commercial property during their traineeship or those who have trained in residential property and are interested in transitioning to commercial property. The Director is committed to providing the necessary support for this transition.
