Litigation Solicitor/Associate - Perth/Hybrid

We have been instructed on this new role by our client, a reputable Scottish law firm. The firm is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join its Litigation team in Perth. The team has extensive experience in a wide range of disputes across Scotland.

You will have an interesting and varied caseload and will be engaged in a mix of court work while providing a high level of service and delivering results for clients. You will provide advice in a broad litigation role, including criminal and civil litigation work, offering solutions to complex legal matters.

The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 5 years’ PQE with experience appearing in the Justice of the Peace Court and Sheriff Court in relation to criminal and/or civil cases.
