Our client, a forward-thinking legal firm, is seeking a Solicitor to join its Land & Rural Business team. You will work with a nationally recognised team across Scotland on a wide range of rural property matters, including sales, leases, renewable energy projects, and diversification initiatives like agri-tourism.

You will also advise on crofting law, succession planning, business structuring, and land management, while building strong client and colleague relationships.

Ideal candidates will have around 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience in property law, though other PQE levels will also be considered. Rural or agricultural experience is a plus but not essential.
