An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established Scottish Law Firm in Glasgow that specialises in a variety of services including corporate law, family law and employment law. The firm is currently seeking a junior Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate Team.

The role’s objective is to offer support to partners on diverse corporate matters, including commercial contracts, banking securities, IP/IT, and mergers and acquisitions. The intention is for this role to span across two teams in Glasgow.

To be considered for this role, you should be a newly qualified lawyer to 2/3 years’ PQE and ideally have completed a seat in corporate in your traineeship and/or possess some post qualifying corporate experience.
