This UK Law Firm is one of the largest in Scotland and is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Commercial Property Team in Edinburgh, focusing mainly on development and investment matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner and will be responsible for handling a wide range of investment deals with both UK ‘blue-chip’ investors and also international. Some of the work you will be involved in includes well-known establishments such as shopping centres, retail parks, offices, logistics and high streets. Core tasks will involve –

  • Participating in market-leading Build to Rent city centre development projects and advancing the ‘Living’ agenda.
  • Assisting investors in achieving Net Zero goals, including innovative solar energy projects.
  • Representing international investors with prestigious HQ financial services offices in Edinburgh.
  • Supporting developers in constructing student accommodation and transforming brownfield sites into vibrant communities.

To be considered for this position, you will be a newly qualified Lawyer who has completed a seat in commercial real estate during their traineeship. While this is desirable, it is not essential as long as interested applicants can demonstrate a keen interest in the property industry.
