Our client, a well-established Scottish firm, is currently recruiting an Employment Lawyer to join its highly regarded employment law team based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong team led by a senior lawyer who is well recognised in this space.

The team advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law and HR matters, including contracts, disciplinary and grievance procedures, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims. They take a commercially focused and outcome-driven approach, offering practical advice across all stages of the employment cycle.

The ideal candidate will be between NQ-6 years’ PQE with experience in employment law or a strong interest in this area. You should have excellent communication and analytical skills and a client-focused approach. You will have the opportunity to be involved in complex and interesting matters and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
