We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Private Client role with our client, a full-service law firm. The firm is currently recruiting for an experienced solicitor to join its growing Bereavement team in Glasgow; the position is full time and the firm also support hybrid working.

The successful candidate can expect to handle a varied caseload of complex private client matters; you will also be responsible for supervising the team of both fee earners and administrators with close supervision of the Trainee Solicitors within the team.

The firm is keen to hear from lawyers with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE with a strong background in Private Client work, particularly in Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Claiming Reliefs. Interested applicants should possess strong leadership skills and be a team player with excellent communication and technical skills.

A STEP qualification together with dual qualification in both Scottish and English Law is desirable but not essential.
