A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Lawyer to join this highly regarded and growing legal practice. The role offers the opportunity to manage your own varied caseload, develop strong client relationships and work with a high degree of autonomy, while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload and providing clear, high-quality legal advice.
  • Preparing legal documentation, conducting matters and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.
  • Advising on strategy, settlement and costs, and negotiating with opponents.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and other key stakeholders.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, content creation and the supervision of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, from newly qualified upwards, with relevant experience in employment law, strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage a busy caseload. You’ll be client-focused, commercially aware and keen to develop your career within a supportive and reputable legal team.
