Litigation Lawyer Opportunity in Glasgow Details - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation solicitor to join a highly regarded specialist claimant team in Glasgow. The role will involve working on a significant, high-profile public inquiry alongside a varied caseload of medical negligence claims, offering the opportunity to work on complex and impactful matters within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of medical negligence claims.
Advising and supporting clients throughout their claims.
Liaising with medical experts, counsel and other professionals.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence.
Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years’ PQE, with medical negligence experience although strong personal injury experience will also be considered. The post-holder will be compassionate and client-focused, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients who have experienced serious injury, medical trauma or bereavement.
