We are delighted to be exclusively supporting Forsa Energy on this Legal Counsel vacancy in Edinburgh.

Forsa Energy is a fast-growing energy business developing and operating flexible gas generation and renewable assets across the GB power market. With 300MW operational and a strong growth pipeline. Reporting to the Group Legal Counsel, you’ll gain exposure across the business, supporting projects from development through to operations, while playing a key role in company secretarial matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting legal work across development, construction, and commercial teams
  • Assisting with contracts, NDAs, and governance matters
  • Managing company secretarial responsibilities across the group
  • Providing practical legal support across a dynamic, growing business

What we’re looking for:

  • NQ–2 PQE Solicitor
  • Experience in commercial contracts, commercial property and/or renewables law (essential)
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
  • Interest in company secretarial work (desirable)
