Our client, a well-established UK law firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking a solicitor to join its infrastructure team in Edinburgh. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, energy, and waste management. You will advise public bodies, private companies, and funders throughout the lifecycle of major projects, from inception to operation.

The position involves drafting and reviewing contracts for design, construction, and maintenance, as well as advising on procurement and contract interpretation. You will play a key role in managing variations to operational projects and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid foundation in relevant legal principles and attention to detail.

Interested candidates should be newly qualified or have up to four years of post-qualification experience. They must be able to work collaboratively within a team, maintain positive client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives. A commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice is expected, as well as the ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
