Construction & Engineering Lawyer – Edinburgh (Assignment 18452)
- NQ–2 years’ PQE
- Advise on non-contentious construction and engineering matters, including drafting and negotiating SBCC, JCT and NEC contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and project documentation.
- Ideal for solicitors with construction experience (or a construction seat during traineeship), offering exposure to high-quality UK infrastructure projects, excellent mentoring, and strong career progression.
Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer – Glasgow (Assignment 18434)
- Ideally qualified with commercial or construction law experience (all relevant levels considered)
- Advise on non-contentious construction projects across renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate and residential development, including drafting contracts, appointments and ancillary documentation.
- Suitable for candidates with strong drafting skills and an interest in construction law, offering high-quality work, sector exposure and specialist development opportunities.
Employment Lawyer – Glasgow (Assignment 18429)
- NQ–6 years’ PQE
- Manage a broad employment law caseload, advising employer clients on contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation, HR advice and drafting employment documentation.

Dispute Resolution & Risk Lawyer – Edinburgh (Assignment 18405)
- 1–4 years’ PQE
- Advise commercial and public sector clients on regulatory, compliance, investigations, corporate crime and risk-related disputes, including advocacy and enforcement proceedings.
- Ideal for solicitors with dispute resolution or regulatory experience seeking exposure to high-profile work, strong partner support and excellent career development.
Private Client Lawyer – Edinburgh (Assignment 18141)
- NQ–2 years’ PQE
- Manage a varied private client caseload covering wills, trusts, estate planning, succession, asset protection and tax matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.
- Ideal for candidates with private client experience, strong communication skills and commercial awareness, offering high-quality work, STEP support and excellent long-term benefits.
Casualty Lawyer – Glasgow (Assignment 18437)
- 1+ years’ PQE
- Manage a caseload of defender insurance litigation, specialising in employers’ liability, public liability, disease, motor and fraud claims for insurers, businesses and public sector clients.
- Suitable for solicitors with EL/PL defence experience and Scottish court knowledge, offering exposure to complex litigation within a well-regarded national insurance team.
