Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer to join its Edinburgh office. The team specialises in property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, land access, and boundary matters, with cases heard across Scotland’s key civil courts and tribunals.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Solicitor or Associate with at least three years of post-qualification experience, particularly those with an interest in property litigation. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing their own caseload, contributing to team projects, and playing an active role in business development.
