Senior Managing Associate, Funds – Jersey

Practice Area: Financial Regulation, business development, Financial Services, Funds, Regulatory
Level: Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Channel Islands
Ref: FW9724

Our client, a leading offshore Law Firm, is seeking an accomplished Funds Lawyer to join its Jersey Team as a Managing Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside partners and high-profile clients on complex, market-leading transactions—delivering first-class legal advice and helping shape the future of the practice.

In this role, the successful candidate will take the lead on client matters, draft and negotiate sophisticated documentation, and manage transactions with minimal supervision. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues, contribute to knowledge development, and play a key role in driving growth through client relationship management and business development initiatives. Strong financial acumen—including oversight of WIP, billing, and budgets—is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE and significant experience in funds law, ideally gained at a top-tier firm. You’ll bring exceptional drafting skills, technical expertise, and the confidence to manage files independently. Strong leadership, networking ability, and a proactive approach to change and innovation are critical.

If this position could be of interest to you, please don’t hesitate to contact either Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 18042)
