Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking a senior counsel to join its Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a dynamic practice that advises on complex, high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of contentious matters, including insolvency and corporate recovery, trust disputes, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, and asset recovery. Acting for a diverse client base, you will provide strategic advice and representation in some of the most challenging and high-profile cases in the offshore market.

Applicants should have at least seven years of post-qualification experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, or trust disputes, ideally gained in a recognised practice. Strong technical skills, excellent academics, and a commercially driven approach are essential. Offshore experience is advantageous but not required.
