An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading full-service law firm, for a solicitor to join its growing Residential Property team in Inverness.
In this role, you will manage a diverse residential property caseload, including purchases, sales, title transfers, and re-mortgages. You may also assist with site acquisitions and work closely with clients, lenders, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
The firm is seeking a solicitor from NQ level up to two years’ experience in residential property law, although broader legal knowledge and a willingness to grow in the role are also valued. You will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and keen to build lasting relationships that support long-term success.
