Our client, a well-regarded Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for two Solicitors to join its highly regarded Rural Business team within the Real Estate practice. These are full-time, permanent positions based in Aberdeen and offer an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team with high-quality clients and strong long-term progression prospects.

There are roles available at both NQ–3 years’ PQE and 4+ years’ PQE levels. The team advises on a broad range of rural property matters, including the purchase and sale of estates, farms, forestry, and other rural land. Candidates with an interest in renewable energy developments and agricultural holdings will find the work especially rewarding, as the firm continues to invest and grow this area of the practice.

Key responsibilities include advising on rural land transactions, agricultural holdings and tenancies (both contentious and non-contentious), a range of letting arrangements, title queries (Sasines and Land Registered titles), and providing ongoing management advice to estate and rural business clients. The team also regularly advises on rural and residential development projects, offering variety and challenge.

Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in the rural sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage transactions effectively. For the more senior role, experience working independently and delivering tailored, high-quality client service will be essential.

If this position is of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Teddie or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 17227)
