Junior Commercial Property (Renewables) – Edinburgh

Practice Area: Real Estate, Agricultural / Rural, Projects, Commercial Property, Energy, Renewable Energy
Level: NQ 2023, NQ 2024, NQ, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland, Central Belt
Ref: FW8945

This UK Law Firm is one of the largest in Scotland and is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Commercial Property Team in Edinburgh, focusing mainly on renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner and will be responsible for handling a range of renewable energy matters and commercial development on rural land. This will include working on a regular basis on renewables deals with colleagues in practice areas across the firm including Projects, Planning, Banking and Corporate, working as one energy team in the delivery of these deals.

To be considered for this position, you will be a newly qualified Lawyer who has completed a seat in real estate during their traineeship. While this is desirable, it is not essential as long as interested applicants can demonstrate a keen interest in the renewables industry and its drivers.

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Lawyer to develop their skills and knowledge in this area within a fast-paced and supportive team. If this position could be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Jade for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16161)
