IP/IT Solicitor – Glasgow

Practice Area: Commercial Contracts, Corporate, IP/IT
Level: Assistant, Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Scotland, Central Belt, Glasgow
Ref: FW9774

We are delighted to be instructed on this new role for a Glasgow-based law firm seeking to appoint an IP/IT Solicitor at Associate level, with at least 2 years’ PQE. The firm has broad commercial and private client expertise and operates multiple offices across the West of Scotland.

The firm is looking to recruit a lawyer who has a solid grounding in IP/IT matters but is also able to support the wider corporate team. This role is well suited to someone coming from a larger firm environment who has strong technical skills but is not expected to bring a client following.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied workload, including:

  • Advising on commercial, supplier and technology contracts
  • Assisting with trademark, copyright, and related IP matters
  • Supporting the corporate team on transactions and general advisory work

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their expertise within a supportive, growing legal practice, working closely with experienced colleagues across multiple disciplines.
