Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a talented Finance & Banking Lawyer to join its growing London team. Known for high‑end transactional work, excellent training, and strong career progression, the firm advises on major global mandates across the full capital spectrum.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, top-tier Finance team on a broad range of matters, including:

Core Finance Work:

  • Leveraged finance
  • Loans and bond financings
  • International and domestic syndicated lending
  • Corporate and institutional lending
  • Acquisition and asset finance

Specialist & Complex Financing:

  • Direct lending and special situations
  • Fund finance and structured solutions
  • Esoteric and structured finance
  • High-profile restructuring and distressed investments
  • Cross-border restructuring finance aspects

The role offers early responsibility, significant client exposure, and the chance to develop a well-rounded, high-calibre finance practice. Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years’ PQE with experience in finance or banking law. Candidates from leading Scottish firms considering a move to London are welcome to apply.
