The ideal candidate will be at the Associate – Senior Associate level, with experience in general or commercial litigation environment. Experience of advocacy in the Sheriff Court and/or First Tier Tribunal is essential.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload to include personal and commercial contract disputes, property disputes, landlord and tenant cases; professional negligence claims and some criminal defence work (principally motoring offences).
The firm is open to applications from candidates from different areas of litigation and scope to specialise in one of the areas. The salary on offer is competitive.
