We are delighted to have been instructed on this Senior Conveyancing role with our client, a successful firm in the heart of the community in Perth. This growing conveyancing department is currently recruiting an experienced lawyer to join its busy practice on a full-time basis.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE, however, the team will also consider less PQE if the candidate has gained a lot of experience and exposure to this area of law. The team is also open to speaking with lawyers all the way up to Partner level.

This is an exciting role for a lawyer looking for their next challenge; you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex conveyancing matters as well as providing support to more junior level lawyers within the firm; the role will be mainly residential work though scope to assist on commercial property transactions if this is of interest too.

To be considered for this role, you should be commercially aware, ambitious, and passionate to build your career in this area.  This is a full-time position however the firm does operate a hybrid working policy, and mainly office based with 2 days per week at home.
