An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established national law firm, which is seeking a solicitor to join its Glasgow-based insurance litigation team. This role focuses on defending a broad range of claims, including employers’ liability, public liability, disease, and motor/fraud cases.

You will handle your own caseload of pre-litigation and litigated matters, while assisting on complex, high-value cases. Clients include insurers, businesses, and public sector bodies. The role covers all aspects of litigation, from investigations to liaising with witnesses, courts, and opponents.

Candidates from NQ level up to 3 years’ PQE, with solid EL/PL defence experience and a good working knowledge of Scottish court procedures, will be considered.

Experience in motor, fraud, or disease claims is a plus. Strong communication, organisation, and a team-focused approach are essential.
