Our client, a leading Scottish law firm is recruiting a junior lawyer to join its well‑regarded Private Wealth & Tax team in Edinburgh. The team advises on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, executries, tax and succession planning, and charity-related work, often on complex and high‑value matters.

The role offers hands‑on experience with a diverse client base, including individuals, families, trusts and charities. You will work closely with colleagues across the wider private wealth practice in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on private wealth and tax matters, including drafting wills, trusts and executry documentation
  • Managing files efficiently, including time recording, billing and meeting deadlines
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients and colleagues

The firm is seeking a technically capable and commercially aware individual at the NQ-2 PQE level. You will deliver excellent client service and contribute to business development and wider team initiatives.
